The scientific journal Journal of Information and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) managed by the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Information Technology, Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta (UMBY), has successfully achieved Sinta 5 accreditation based on the decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 0547/E5/DT.05.00/2024.

JISAI is a journal that focuses on research publications in the field of information and artificial intelligence. This accreditation is an acknowledgment of the quality and contribution of JISAI in disseminating innovative research results that are beneficial to the development of science and technology.

The Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Mutaqin Akbar, SKom MT expressed his pride and appreciation for this achievement. According to him, JISAI being accredited with Sinta 5 is a proud achievement. This is proof that this journal has a quality that is recognized at the national level.

Head of the UMBY FAI Information Systems Study Program, Putry Wahyu Setyaningsih, SKom Mkom added that this accreditation is the result of hard work from the entire editorial team and authors who have contributed to the journal.

"We thank the editors, reviewers, and authors who have worked hard to achieve high standards. This accreditation will motivate us to continue to improve the quality and quantity of scientific publications," said Putry.

JISAI Editor-in-Chief, Putri Taqwa Prasetyaningrum, ST MT stated that this success cannot be separated from the support of various parties, including lecturers and students who are active in research.

"We hope that JISAI can continue to be a platform that provides space for researchers to publish their work. This Sinta 5 accreditation is the first step to achieving a higher ranking in the future," said Putri
